Pizza is in many ways the most super-duper food which inevitably brings the most super-duper figures, some of the most interesting we have singled out, for your entertainment.
The biggest pizza ever is made in Iowa Falls, US, at 2005. The restaurant owner has put into the pizza nearly 1,800 kg of cheese, 317 kg of sauce and 9500 pieces of crust, while almost 200 persons assisted in the preparations.
In mid-May 2016 in Naples, 250 Italian pizza chefs baked the longest pizza ever: with the length of almost 1854 meters, it was immediately listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
Currently, the most expensive pizza in the world costs $ 1000 (!) and is prepared by a New York restaurant "Nino's Bellissima". Pizza must be ordered 24 hours in advance, and some of the exotic ingredients are caviar and lobster.
At 2006, Romanian guy Cristian Dumitru succeeded to eat as much as 90 kg of pizza in a single week, which is the current record for eating pizza. How did he manage to digest it all in such a short time, we don't know, but one thing is for sure: this is a customer that every pizzeria in the world would love to have nearby on a daily basis.
